As the lodge is a mere 10-minute walk from Reteti Elephant Sanctuary, it offers guests a front-row

first community-owned and -run elephant sanctuary
in Africa.

Sustainably constructed with locally sourced natural materials, this haven of tranquillity echoes the landscape’s neutral tones – and envelops guests in a
light and airy atmosphere throughout.

Five beautifully appointed standalone suites – featuring spacious outdoor showers and private terraces with uninterrupted views – accommodate 8-10 guests.

In the main lodge area, a relaxing lounge welcomes unhurried downtime together, while a refreshing infinity pool overlooks the nearby elephant waterhole – which is known for frequent wildlife sightings.

Namunyak Conservancy is home to the second-largest population of elephants in Kenya, as well as more than 480 reticulated giraffe, the critically endangered Grévy’s zebra and a host of other species – including the fabled long-necked gerenuk!
